I decided it was time again to play outside the color box. Haven't done something bold or bright in a while so this one's for my homies!
MAC Rollickin' paint pot was used as a color enhancing base for this look. With MAC Moonflower e/s all over the lid, I blended Juxt e/s into the crease and deepened the outer V with Deep Truth e/s. Highlighted with none other than Shroom e/s et voila!

i've been wanting to get deep truth for quite sometime already, but the MAC here doesn't have it :( boohoo!! Do you know of any dark blue that is similar to this color?
CG is not the first company to pull out from the south east asian market! We used to have Max Factor and Prescriptives here too! :( not sure about the latter two, but I remember seeing CG at almost every drugstore! Wonder why they forsake us! Lol!!
Lol!! Yeah maybe I should sleep outside the malls – that way I can save up the lodging $$$ for more shopping! Lol!!! XD if I get to visit the states, I would want to go to the west coast – starting from SF then drive all the way up to vegas! A visit to Oregon would be nice as well (tax free shopping!! Whooooot!!!)! Lol!

Speaking about travels, I don’t think I’ll be able to go anywhere soon – the workloads been crazy for the past two weeks, plus there’s a major re-org in my department (meaning more work to do!)! :( :( :( oh well, at least I can look forward to playing with my makeup at the end of the day! Lol!! It does cheer me up loads! :D

I would say to check out Meet The Fleet when Naughty Nauticals hits your area. Although it is a matte color, it'll work for the crease action. Do they just not sell Deep Truth there or it's out of stock?
Since some of the national brands have pulled out of the markets there, what does that leave y'all with? Are there a lot of really big local companies stocking the shelves instead?

I'm working part-time right now at a nearby coffee bar. It's nice because it allows me to be flexible with my schedule since we don't have the tykes in daycare. It's sooo expensive :/

Rollickin' is definitely one that does need a little more coaxing. I only find myself using it under teal-like colors. Although I'm sure I'll tangent sometime and put some off color over it, lol.

I can feel the empty stomach of your bank account. I remember having a similar list when we needed to furnish our place. I think what made me very unhappy was having to buy a new fridge. Those darn things are sooo expensive. We spent over $1k and that was the cheapest!
Sundays off are the best! And that's great that on alternate weekends you get an entire weekend to yourself. I don't have a "day" job, per se. But I do work part-time outside of staying home with the tykes. It's nice to be able to interact with adults and have a little me time, but it is draining.
What else keeps you busy when you're not working?

You know, I totally thought of you when I was swatching Naughty Nauticals because I was looking for Plumage so I can report back to you the comparison. But sadly, they didn't have it on the display :/
But I will tell you this. Deep Truth is a Frost so the texture of it is really nice. I find that for it being such a "deep" color, that it is buildable so you can add a subtle hint of navy if your look calls for it.
