I know it's past due, but I just wanted to add this in here because I am SOOOOO proud of our team!!

I've never been much of a sports fanatic, let alone football fanatic, until I watched a UH college football game. Up until now, we've been undefeated working hard to get into the BCS Championship. Only Saturday's game against Washington will determine if we get to play in the BCS. Well, on Friday was the game against Boise State and our chance to prove our game has improved since they've been taking home the win the past couple of years. Whoever was to win this game was also going to be the winner for the WAC title.
To make a long story short,... we won the WAC baby!!!
Hubby and I (and the kids!) even stood in a looong ass line on Sunday (because they were all sold out of shirts on Saturday) at the UH store to pick up our WAC shirts. And you best believe our ass is going to stand in line again for a shirt if we get into the BCS!

After picking up our WAC shirts, hubbo said that I should just go to the mall by the shirt store since they have a MAC there. At this MAC store, I had a really good experience with the MA that helped me with my haul at the beginning of the month. She was incredible and I was hoping that she would be working when I stopped in. Turns out she was working and in the back when I walked in. Since I didn't see her as I entered, I was the victim to another MA. Sadly, my experience with this MA wasn't as great as with Diana (the REALLY sweet MA). But it made my day that Diana remembered me when she saw me :)
Anyhow, after doing my Naturally Engaging FOTD and Fusion Gold not meeting my standards of satisfaction, I decided to take it back to the store and grabbed Plum Electric, 6th Sin, and Metalblu instead. What I've been doing lately is asking the MA to create looks with what I'm buying. Normally the other way around, right? Let me do a makeover on you and you buy the products I use. Well, I buy what I like and then ask them do something with it, lol. Plus, it gives me a chance to pick their brains in application techniques and other creative combos.
On the left eye, she did a look with 6th Sin and on the right eye, she showed me how to use Metalblu (no pictures). Ooohh, I can't wait to toy around with that one! So sitting in the chair with two different eyes (for demonstrative purposes of course), I asked her to take the Metalblu off and even out my right eye with the 6th Sin. Since she took off the Metalblu look, she wiped away the primer I had on my lids which will explain why in the pictures below, the green is fading and creasing on the right - ew!! But the reason I take pictures of my right eye is because it's more camera-friendly than the left (gots me a double eyelid action going on the left side).
The sidenotes indicating "@ MAC" is only what the MA put on me. I like to add a little more depth in my eyes so I had to finish off the look once I got home.

Gotta second vanessa! Love the green on you. I got plum electric and Metalblue but now I'm debating if I should get Pure Ore:)I got all the glitter eyeliners! I can't wait for them to come in. I ordered them last week so should be soon. Keep up the good work:)
If I could marry an eyeshadow, it would be Carbon. Damn it does wonders. And I'm lovin' the Humid with 6th Sin. I think this works for you. I like it! That highlight looks like Vex to me.....with the pink undertones and all.
