There's buzz about Heatherette and what would be part of the collection but the fathoming ends today! There are a few repromote and PRO store items and even though some frown on the thought of repromotes and things you can get at the PRO store, at least it gives fans (new and old) the opportunity to take part in the action that was missed from another collection and the convenience to take action in PRO products especially if there isn't a store nearby - this I can relate to!
Along with the usual lipsticks and lipglass promotion products, Heatherette will be featuring two (2) trio eyeshadow compacts. Although limited edition quads only go for a few dollars more ($36.00 USD) than the trios being featured in this collection ($32.50 USD), I'm sure the packaging speaks for itself in durability and design. And for those who missed out on Gold Reflects that came out with The Originals collection, be sure to get to the store early because these will fly like hotcakes as they did before. I had my Gold Reflects imported by a dear friend from CA, but ended up returning it because they are not eye-safe (BOO!). Pigments and beauty powders will also pique interest as some people are just solely collectors for those particular items. A dual edge pencil is sure to get people curious, but who said MAC wasn't innovative? And Heatherette just wouldn't be a complete collection without the nail lacquer or fancy lash sets!

have you used the beauty powders before? i have the drizzlegold beauty powder but i'm kinda confused if these ones are for blushes are highlights...

I haven't used the beauty powders before but I'm thinking the ones in this collection probably are more sheer than a blush. Blushes have a bit more color where as a beauty powder adds some luminosity for highlighting. These will probably just go on sheerly even though the color description says "medium deep bronze" (Smooth Harmony).

I will probably get most of the pencils, and a pigment..or two..and most likely at least one trio.
I'm going to be so broke from Fafi..but I will have to scrounge something up!
Ruby Hey girl. I totally hear you. There is definitely going to be a deficit on the funds between both collections. And that doesn't even factor in some of the other stuff that's being released around the same time. What is MAC doing to us? Lol.
