NYX, an LA-based company, has in my opinion one of the highest color payoff in the budget cosmetics department. A while back, I ordered all their Loose Pearl Eyeshadow from eBay and was amazed at how the color in the vial was replicated when applied to my lids. Although MAC has a wider selection of color when it comes to pigments, for $3.00/vial NYX can find a place in my bathroom to call "home".
This was a complete impulse buy. I'm a sucker for nice shades of green, purple, and blue. They each have a chrome finish to it giving it that sparkle to accent any look.
I also picked up the Eyeshadow Pencil in Milk. This stick of white is so soft it rolls right off the tip and deposits immediately to anything it touches. No more going back and forth to get the color to reflect what you're aiming for.

I was thinking of buying that Milk Jumbo Eye Pencil, is that any good? the NYX colors are very pretty -_-' i think i'm gonna buy the entire ultra pearl mania pigments...
Nanzy Hey Nanzy!
The Milk Jumbo Eye Pencil is very white. It's also very soft. I've only used it for waterlining and it goes on very nicely. Although white on my waterline is another story, lol.
I have Milk and Yogurt in the pencil and you can definitely use it as a base for placing eyeshadows on your lower lashline. Similar to MAC Shadesticks just without the price tag, twist-up packaging, and color selection.
I wish they had better choices in colors instead of the super Easter arrangement they have going on.
I have the loose pearl eyeshadows by NYX, not sure if that's what you're talking about or the ultimate pearl eyeshadow. But they work nice although I prefer the Chrome Eyeshadow better because it is a bit softer and nicer in texture.
Do you own any other NYX products?
Hey Mrs Lynne,
I know this an older post, but does the NYX Silver Chrome look that pink (albeit faint).
Hi Apple Diva,
Sorry for the late response hun. You know, I didn't do a very good swatch of Sliver (my newbie swatching skill, lol). It's actually very VERY pretty and not faint pink at all. It's more like a mid-tone purple with pink/gold sheen. Very gorgeous!! Definitely recommended :D
